Troop 396 is chartered by Rolling Hills Community Church, located at 3550 SW Borland Road in Tualatin.  Our regular troop meetings are held on the first three Monday's of each month.  PLC meetings are held on the 4th Monday, and parent meetings are held quarterly on the 4th Monday.  All meetings are held at the church.  Our membership draws from Tualatin, West Linn, and Wilsonville areas.  Although chartered by the church, our troop functions independently, supporting a multi-faith atmosphere.
